Slab, plaster, steel, ventilation, water, paperwork — the checks a builder runs, in plain language, before you pay a booking amount.
What we check
The parts the brochure leaves out.
Structure and finish
Slab soffit, plaster trueness, visible steel, seepage lines. The things a fresh coat of paint is often hired to hide.
Light, air and water
Ventilation, natural light through the day, water pressure and drainage. Lived-in comfort, not brochure comfort.
Vastu, scored not asserted
Entry, kitchen, master and puja read against the zones they belong in, so you know where the plan stands before resale.
Paperwork
Title chain, dues and the documents that should exist for the property you are being shown. Flagged before you commit, not after.
