Slab soffit, plaster trueness, steel, ventilation, water and drainage. The checks a builder runs before committing money, written up in plain language before you pay a booking amount.
Vastu-aware assessment
A directional read of the plan — entry, kitchen, master and puja against the zones they belong in, scored rather than asserted. Useful whether you weigh it heavily or just want to know before resale.
Sell with a proper brief
Your property described by its measurements and construction, not adjectives. A clear brief attracts buyers who are already serious, and cuts the visits that were never going anywhere.
